Allan is originally born and raised in Queens New York and got out of dodge in his early twenties relocating to Albany New York where he spent many great years enjoying all that Upstate New York can offer. Allan decided to explore the warmth and sunshine of Central Florida and spent over 10 years there growing his Real Estate practice, well until the bubble exploded in Florida, he said. So, he picked himself up and made the “half back” trip to North Carolina and discovered the greatness of the entire Triangle area which he now calls home.

With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and a combined and extensive knowledge from the Publishing and Advertising industries, Allan successfully leverages this knowledge to market and sell homes.
